Carlyle purchased a 2.66-acre development property in the trendy Junction neighbourhood in November 2017. The Junction has become one of Toronto’s fastest expanding and most desirable areas for young families. A rezoning plan has been presented that envisions the property being developed as a mixed-use community with both residential and commercial uses. A vision for new parkland and increased connectivity / access to St. Clair Avenue West is also included in the project.
