Central Park is another condo improvement in the pre-development status by Amexon Development, situated at Leslie Street & Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto, ON.

Central Park Condos, an ambitious mixed-use complex coming to North York, is Bayview Village’s most anticipated high-density project.

The developers plan to build five towers with a mix of residential, retail, and business space.There will be a total of 1,793 residential suites, with 636 one-bedroom units, 989 two-bedroom units, and 108 three-bedroom units.

CORE architects are designing this new condo.  The designing will include green roofs, enough parking for both residents and visitors, and pathways that connect the buildings, creating a small yet pleasant community.
