Gairloch Developments’ CRAFT Residences is a new mid-rise condominium in Toronto. The Junction neighborhood’s new 8-story pre-construction project is located at 3200 Dundas St W, midway between Runnymede Road and Keele Street.
3194 – 3206 Dundas Street West will be occupied by CRAFT Residences. The High Park Animal Hospital and the Dundas Worship Centre are both located in this region. These structures have been vacant for a long time and will be removed to make way for this new residential development.
