Even though Vaughan has a number of recently constructed towers, the city lacks a well-known urban landmark. That landmark is the CG Tower. The fifth and last tower of Cortel's master-planned community will transform not just the city's skyline but also the VMC's largest park, which is owned by the city.

Vaughan is distinguished by, and produced by, CG Tower. Being the tallest tower in the neighbourhood, its size and scale pay homage to the suburban homes of the area while also serving as a symbol of the city's future. Incredibly fusing the luxury of flat living with the cosiness of a family.

A VIBRANT VISION IN VAUGHAN'S HEART

Expo City is Vaughan's new vital centre. Situated next to the newly constructed transit hub at the VMC, on Highway 7, directly east of Jane Street. In what is expected to become one of the most vibrant cities in North America, green spaces tucked away like jewels will preserve the suburban feel. CG Tower is in the middle of everything.

The design and positioning of CG Tower as an urban living area in the City of Vaughan was done in cooperation with Cortel Group. It was executed flawlessly thanks to shared ideals and concepts, and the result is an architectural urban design that will blend right into the metropolis.

SHAPE OF YOUR EXISTENCE

All participants must share the project's enthusiasm and ambition in order to build a signature skyscraper. With this goal in mind, Cortel collaborated with the multi-award winning design firm DTAH to create a scene befitting the iconic CG Tower. With more than 40 years of outstanding experience, Toronto-based DTAH is dedicated to designing with a conscience and completing work that is pertinent, socially inclusive, and improves the places and communities in which it operates.

Delivering projects like CG Tower that honour their unique environments and improve the lives of their people is a shared goal between DTAH and Cortel.
