Amenities
According to the ground floor layout for the 4800 Yonge Condos, the residential entrance would be on Bogert Avenue, while the loading dock and entry to the 440 parking spaces would be in the southwest corner of the property. The retail portion of the building fronts both Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue. However, the two doors to the connected office lobby (shown below in pink) will be on Yonge Street's northeastern side and Sheppard Avenue's northwest corner.
Transit Options
Due to the existence of the TTC's Y track, which enables out-of-service subway trains to switch between Line 1 and Line 4, the parking garage for the 4800 Yonge Condo would be constructed to take into account special below-grade site constraints. Levels P2 and P3 would be built above the west Y track, but levels P4 through 6 would only be erected west and south of it. The west Y track splits off the Yonge line and arcs on a northwestern trajectory through the property. The edge of the subway tunnel below is roughly followed by the northeast side of the residential tower.
