Centricity Condos is a new high-rise condominium by Graywood Developments in Toronto. This 53 storey pre-construction project with 570 residential units is located at 241 Church St, on the northeast corner of Church and Dundas St, in The Garden District neighbourhood. This community is one of the most sought after residential areas in the downtown core as it has become a hotspot for condo developments.
Investors can expect the soaring skyscraper to be 53 storeys high with approximately 570 units.
