168 Plymouth Street

The final Dumbo loft conversion 168 Plymouth is a collection of 46 residences that blends two landmarked buildings in the desirable Historic district of DUMBO. Masury & Sons Paintworks constructed the red brick and timber structure with a circular arch design in 1891. In 1921, they added a concrete daylight manufacturing building next door. Five penthouses will be located in two contextually-sound, contemporary additions built over the original structures. One of the last loft conversions in the neighbourhood, these residences include exposed brickwork, huge windows, and ancient elements like concrete or timber beams and columns. They also have high ceilings.
