The striking façade on the bottom floor has a granite base and rusticated brick piers. Ascending to the second through fifth stories reveals cast stone, brick, and faux double-hung casement windows. The sixth-floor penthouse features a smooth, attractive stucco exterior with floor to ceiling windows encircling the entire terrace and a parapet made of brick and cast stone. The entire composition highlights a brand-new, cutting-edge structure that was painstakingly created to pay homage to this well-known district's past.
