The Lumin

The Lumin is a boutique-style luxury condominium in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, perfectly situated near the best green areas, dining options, shopping, and entertainment in this vibrant but still developing neighbourhood. With interiors by Alchemy Studio and architecture by Isaac & Stern Architects, the eight-story structure, which houses just 24 apartments, draws inspiration for its design from both Greenpoint's innovative modern lifestyle and its historic industrial past. To maximise natural light throughout the interiors, the façade combines divided-light windows in the guise of an immense warehouse with traditional red brick. Over half of the apartments have access to private outdoor space, and the common rooms and residences are decorated in a sophisticated neutral palette of elegant materials that provides a timeless feel. The experience is completed with a carefully chosen range of features like a cyber doorman and package room, gym, garden, and more that are aimed at streamlining and improving urban living.
