Atlantis Condos

Atlantis Condos is another condo improvement in the pre-development status by Zonix Group, situated at 34 Steeles Avenue East, Markham, Ontario, Canada.

Mixed-use residential buildings will be constructed on the Development Site. The idea will help the Thornhill Secondary Plan achieve its goal of re-urbanizing the Yonge Street and Steeles Avenue Corridor. It contributes to a Major Transit Station Area's projected large levels of high residential and employment growth. The planned Master Plan Area would include a landscape area that would include both public and private green space.

All balconies are encased within these rectangular frames, providing privacy for residents and protection from the elements.

The proposed at-grade commercial units will establish a street wall that animates the public realm through active uses. Further, the ground floor uses will provide informal surveillance onto the public realm, creating a comfortable and welcoming pedestrian environment.
