Vaughan's 180 Steeles Avenue West Condos is a brand new Master-Planned Community. Meanwhile, Mizrahi Developments and Constantine Enterprises have a new pre-construction project at 180 Steeles Ave W, near the Yonge and Steeles intersection. In addition, there are a total of 2,080 residential units in four high-rise towers and two mid-rise towers.
The proposed site currently lies on an existing commercial u-shaped retail plaza space. In additional residential construction might be better serviced for population intensification in the region. Its proximity to the projected Yonge Subway Extension (which will include a new Steeles Station will make it an ideal location for the high-density use that this development proposes.
