1 Sumach Street Condos is a luxury mixed-use condominium in Toronto developed by Markee Developments and Thelo Development Corporation.

In the rapidly rising West Donlands neighbourhood, this pre-construction project will be located near Cherry Street and Eastern Avenue.

This condo will be a 35-story building with 443 residential units and retail space on the ground floor of the podium.
