We’re thrilled to share that we’ve made significant progress on our 7918 West Drive project in North Bay Village. In July, we successfully poured concrete for levels 6 and 7. Moreover, which include the amenity level and the first residential slab. Moreover, This task required 40 concrete trucks, underscoring the scale of this ambitious project.
As the building grows, the unique architectural design by Juan Azulay, the founder of MTTR mgmt, is starting to show. In addition, The building’s unique shape, curved glass windows and non-repeating balconies are becoming visible. Furthermore, it offering a glimpse into the project’s final look.
Each residence is designed to be unique, from its square footage, ranging from 1,677 to 7,086 square feet. However, this is to its stunning views of Biscayne Bay.
