This is a pre-construction condominium complex in Toronto’s Entertainment District, with two towers of 47 and 16 stories each. Peter & Adelaide Condos, a Graywood Developments project, is set to open in 2023.

This design calls for a redevelopment of the property directly east of Spadina Avenue.  In addition, with two linked buildings and a six-story podium including two levels of retail space. The west tower is designed16 stories tall with a narrow floorplate, whereas the west tower proposed to be 47 storeys tall with a slightly wider design. There will be 695 units total between the two.


BBB Architects hired to design this condominium project, and they intend to create an aesthetically distinctive structure that will blend in with the urban corridor while adding character to the downtown skyline. The two buildings connected by a striking curvilinear structural element in the form of a custom-designed elevator shaft wrapped in a perforated metal “shroud.” The assortment of towers that fill this urban area will gain clarity and expression as a result of this.

A proposed pedestrian route will run north and south along the site’s western edge, connecting to the retail space within the building and improving the public realm. A grocery store scheduled to occupy a substantial section of this retail space.  Moreover, which will take up the entire second level of the podium as well as a piece of the first.

Indoor amenities that take up the entire third floor of the podium.  However, this link to 9,515 square feet of outdoor amenity space on the same level proposed for this condominium.

On the 40th floor of the easterly structure, 2,561 square feet of internal amenities.  Moreover, this will link to 5,295 square feet of outdoor amenities, offering outstanding views of the Toronto skyline.

An underground parking area with 225 automobile spots and 926 bicycle places is envisioned.
