Within the Central Rail Station in Downtown Miami, there will be a new 39-story luxury residential condominium and office tower with 301 units, ranging in size from studios to two bedrooms. This contemporary building, which is just a short distance from the Brightline train station that heads towards Orlando, will be authorised for short-term rentals through AirBnB. designed by ODP Architecture and developed through a collaboration between The John Buck Company, BH Group, Florida Value Partners, and Pebb Enterprises.

Pre-construction work on this project is presently underway, with starting costs of $490,000.
