Details

In contrast to the conventional rectangular form, the tower's design has a distinctive structural profile with rounded corners and subdued horizontal lines adorning all elevations. In classic Arquitectonica style, the balconies on the east and west-facing facades purposefully divided into distinct lines in the renderings.  Furthermore, giving the building a textured aspect typical of the company's iconic tower designs. Levels 44 and 45, where the structure is split into lower and upper portions, are particularly significant for this divide. The building's lower section splits out from the central tower, stretching to the southeast corner of the platform, before reintegrating into the main structure from which the upper tower rises. This cutting-edge design strategy gives the structure a contemporary and alluring look.  Moreover, that serves as a representation of the vibrant architectural landscape of downtown Miami.

Structure

The exterior materials were carefully selected to go along with the tower's remarkable design and enhance its distinctive look. A beautiful combination of tinted and transparent glass, glass balconies, light grey smooth stucco walls and silver aluminium mullions. These are all elements of the structure. The terrace floors have wood ceilings, which give the modern building a warm feel. The podium decorated with light bronze perforated metal panels, green walls, and a mesh screen.
